At Pittleman & Associates, Aaron spearheaded the exclusive and confidential Associate General Counsel of Litigation Search for New York University.
This search entailed interviewing hundreds of direct applicants across multiple rounds of interviews, both on the phone and in-person, along with the Owner of the Pittleman & Associates, and preparing a comprehensive memorandum for the client on the top pools of highly competitive and qualified senior and junior candidates.
Candidates included BigLaw partners and associates from elite top Am100 law firms, Assistant Attorneys General, and top-tier in-house counsel contenders. The search resulted in a successful and tailored hire with praises from the client, who subsequently remained in her role for nearly 7 years thereafter.
